WIRE ROPE

• We use more wires in the outer strand (14 for 36WS) to improve bend fatigue


• Less wires in the outer strands (9 for 19S) improve wear/abrasion resistance characteristics


• Steel core (IWRC) resists drum crushing better than fibre core


• Langs lay resists interference at drum better than ordinary lay

PLASTICATED ROPE

• Plastic impregnation of core (IWRC)


• Greater resistance to drum crushing

• Smoother exteriors and greater surface area resulting in reduced sheave wear


• Reduced IWRC and outer-strand nicking and crosscutting

• High breaking strength and shock absorption capacity

NATURAL FIBRE

Manila and Sisal Ropes (Natural Fiber) Made from natural hard fibres Manila and Sisal Ropes are the best of their kind in India. Made in accordance to rigid 1.5.1 specifications. Ropes are available in sizes varying from 4mm. dia to 76-mm. dia in Manila (Grade - I, II & III) and Sisal (Grade 'A'). Their distinct and superior characteristics, offer both high breaking strength and maximum flexibility in use. They have a wide range of applications in various industries.
